Shipping policy

All industrial microgrid systems and component orders are shipped via LTL commercial freight. Shipping rates calculated at checkout are estimates for standard commercial dock delivery. Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, or restricted access job sites. Customers will be contacted prior to dispatch to finalize delivery logistics and scheduling.
